These Terms govern your use of ChartThesis. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these Terms and to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement . If you do not agree, do not use ChartThesis.
2. Educational and informational use only
ChartThesis provides automated educational analysis of visible chart information. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. ChartThesis is not a broker, investment adviser, exchange, signal seller, or automated trading service.
No output is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or enter any financial position.
3. Your responsibility
AI-generated analysis can be incomplete, delayed, inconsistent, or wrong. You are responsible for independently verifying tickers, timeframes, prices, levels, patterns, market data, and all other outputs before relying on them.
Trading and investing involve risk, including the possible loss of principal. You remain solely responsible for your research, decisions, and results.
4. Service availability and changes
We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, quality, or availability. Live market information can be delayed or unavailable. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, compatibility with every chart format, or a successful analysis for every image.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ChartThesis for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.
- Upload content you do not have the right to process.
- Attempt to bypass limits, security controls, or access restrictions.
- Reverse engineer, disrupt, scrape, or overload the service.
- Misrepresent ChartThesis output as guaranteed professional advice.
6. Intellectual property
ChartThesis, its visual design, software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms provide a personal, limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the app.
You retain any rights you hold in chart images you choose to upload.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartThesis is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, profitability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ChartThesis and its operator will not be liable for trading losses, investment losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of—or inability to use—the app.
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product or applicable requirements change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
